Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, remote controls, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected by our technicians, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
